Four people who have run logistics businesses, building the software we wished we had

LogiLink is Andrew, Lukas, Simon and Nicholas. Between us we have run courier networks, postal operations, e-commerce shipping and the software underneath all of it. We build tools for the jobs we used to do by hand.

What we bring to a project

We design and build integrated systems for businesses that want to tidy up how work moves between their tools. We have worked in or served businesses across finance, logistics, marketing and communications, e-commerce, retail food, transport, freight, software, inventory, and 3PLs and BPOs, so the first conversation usually starts from something we have already seen.

Andrew Benson

Co-founder & IT Director, LogiCon Systems · Founder, LogiLink

An IT specialist with extensive experience in international logistics and marketing, Andrew holds a degree in International Marketing, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has established a name in the tech and logistics sectors while working across various countries.

In 2014 he co-founded ParcelABC, an innovative tech startup providing online courier services using advanced multi-hub pricing algorithms, playing a key role in its global expansion and in securing funding. In 1994 he started IMX Spain sl, a mail and courier service that over 26 years became a top choice for post offices, publishers and e-commerce businesses — and earlier served as a director at Gibraltar Cold Stores Ltd in the frozen food supply chain.

Today he leads cloud-based logistics software at LogiCon Systems — managing parcel distribution, price quotations and carrier invoice reconciliation with access to 1,600+ business apps — and drives LogiLink's integration management, workflow automation and AI incorporation across new and legacy platforms.

Nicholas Street

Co-Founder - Director of Strategy & Partnerships

A visionary leader with a proven track record spearheading innovative strategies across the global postal and express industries, Nicholas is a former Corporate Law Barrister and Corporate Finance Executive who brings a rare combination of regulatory acuity and financial discipline to logistics operations.

As former Chair of the European Postal Association and a director of a European logistics company, he has navigated the sector's most complex shifts — the rise of e-commerce and the integration of automation and AI. Deeply experienced in cross-border trade, he served as an industry representative for postal policy with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and the Joint Customs Consultative Committee (HMRC), with high-level contributions to green and white papers on Brexit and the Northern Ireland/Windsor Protocol.

Nicholas specialises in guiding projects from inception to realisation using Lean management principles — spanning SaaS/iPaaS implementation, last-mile delivery solutions and complex budget supervision. From advising on pre-privatisation strategies for Royal Mail to developing digital concepts for Hays DX, he delivers impactful outcomes that bridge traditional logistics and the digital future.

Simon James

Software Systems Developer

A multi-skilled software systems developer with over 25 years of experience across numerous platforms and languages, Simon specialises in identifying and analysing customer requirements and designing creative solutions to complex problems.

He began his software life in the late 1980s as a railway signal and control systems engineer with London Underground (now TfL), before developing code for digital satellite and cable set-top boxes with Pace in the UK and Irdeto in South Africa. A further decade as a finance broker in Australia — managing $125m of lending — gave him a consummate ability to connect with clients face-to-face and understand their needs deeply.

A software consultant since 2015 and embedded with LogiCon Systems since early 2022, he developed the shipment pricing search algorithm that harnesses in-house platforms and third-party shipping providers to offer unique solutions — quiet, considered work that consistently exceeds expectations.

Lukas Rokas

IT Project Management, Software & AI Orchestration

Lukas has spent close to a decade taking software from an idea to something a business runs on every day. He turns loose requirements into a shape a team can build, then sees the build through to launch and the months after it.

A self-employed IT consultant since 2016, he ran full project delivery for the virtual courier platform ParcelABC.com, on time and within budget, and his input helped secure the investment that funded its development. At Logicon Systems he has led the automation work in the parcel delivery software, and he holds a Business Management and Administration degree from ISM University of Management and Economics.

His current focus is AI orchestration: directing AI coding agents to design, build and test whole applications, with a person setting the direction and checking the result. Working this way he has shipped Logicon Bridge, the customs and address validation tool, alongside a growing set of LogiLink apps, in a fraction of the time a conventional build would take.
